Developed and created in Austria by a team of doctors and engineers, Lucia N°03 is a scientifically developed light device that combines a stroboscope (flickering light) that is adjustable in speed and intensity with a halogen constant light, available in different degrees of brightness. The computer-controlled plays of light are able to evoke altered states of mind, that can affect visual, mental, emotional
and physical aspects.

The light session is accompanied by a selection of meditative music and a facilitator. While most light travelers report feeling more clear and centered after an experience, some people may feel energizsd and excited while others may feel deeply relaxed and ready to rest.

Contraindications are the dislike of strobe lights or any history of epilepsy or seizures.
