How it works

1. Choose

Decide on either a 3-day or a 1-day retreat. Select a group of like-minded friends to retreat with, either at home or book a getaway. We will give you all the pre-retreat preparation notes you need, including a menu, packing list, shopping list and tips on making the most of your experience.

2. Prepare

All you’ll need is an afternoon to prepare. The evening before you begin your retreat, grab your groceries, whip up a few easy recipes and settle in to your space ready to retreat yourself in the morning.

3. Retreat

Expect immersive days that include yoga, meditation, journaling, fitness, pilates, breathwork, hydro-therapy, nature bathing, cooking demos and mindfulness, all supported with video and audio. All you’ll need to do is press play and follow our expert guidance. Let us handle the rest.

Morning-to-evening sessions led by impactful instructors of movement, breathwork, nutrition, and insight.  You’ll deepen your breath, strengthen your body, calm your nervous system and remember what it’s like to delight in the rising sun.
