About

Charlotte Friedrich

Charlotte guides you back to your unique rhythm and into alignment with nature’s cycles – drawing on two degrees in psychology (BA, MSc) and ongoing studies of the nervous system, chronobiology, therapeutic yoga, and a range of energy healing modalities. ‍ She has specialised training and 7+ years of experience in supporting women with menstrual or (peri-)menopause challenges. ‍ Transform stress and emotional blocks into flow and restore a greater sense of aliveness in body and mind.‍

What's included?

Our wellbeing is intricately linked to nature’s rhythms—daily, monthly, and seasonal phases that are mirrored in our breath, nervous system, circadian and menstrual cycles. Disrupted rhythms correlate with illness, while coherent ones like HRV, are strong markers for health. This somatic healing session uses the breath as an access point to restore flow and aliveness to your body and being.

  • Sessions are held via Zoom
