The role of business in society is changing; becoming more engaged in employees mental wellbeing and psychological safety. From this lens, Peter is committed to bringing more humanity into business.
He does this by facilitating leadership learning programs with a focus on wellbeing in the workplace, developing retreats that foster support and care for leaders. He works with the United Nations and business and social entrepreneurs around the world.
Peter is a master facilitator and coach working at the intersection of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and learning design; the place where behaviour changes.
His certifications include Diploma of Adult Education and Training, Post Graduate Diploma of Organisational Change and Consulting, Diploma of Coaching, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, Gestalt Facilitator, Systemic Constellations Trained, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Forest Bathing & Sound Journey Facilitator.
