Sunrise Yoga Flow

Awaken the day with morning movement in the Aro Ha yoga room. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, our instructors are here to help you move your body in ways that offer the perfect balance of exploring new movement but also honouring your ability.

Energising Breakfast

Indulge in a wholesome breakfast carefully crafted by our chefs. Expect a delicious and nutritious meal that is gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free that will give you energy to fuel your body for the day ahead.

Nature Immersion

Immerse yourself in the pristine natural surroundings of the Southern Alps. Each day we embark on guided walks, hikes, or gentle nature strolls, allowing you to connect with the beauty of the surrounding landscape while reaping the benefits of fresh air and nature therapy.

Spa and Sauna Time

Nutrient Dense Lunch

Time to refuel those muscles after a morning of movement. Enjoy a delicious and nourishing lunch made with locally sourced, organic ingredients straight from the Aro Ha permaculture garden right on our doorstep. Fresh, flavourful and full of nutrients.

Educational Workshops

Therapeutic Massage

Food is a true highlight for our guests, and dinner is no different. The flavours, colours, nutrients and love for plant-based cooking come through in every dish that our kitchen team prepare for you.

Yin Yoga or Rest

Prepare yourself for a restful night’s sleep with our optional evening yin yoga, or yur own restorative practices that promotes relaxation and prepares your mind and body for deep and rejuvenating sleep.
